1. Conduct public and private tours of the cellars and vineyards, ensuring a premium brand image is conveyed.
2. Manage visitor reception and ticketing operations with a focus on customer service excellence.
3. Deliver engaging and accessible narratives to diverse visitor groups during tours.
4. Ensure visitor safety and manage the logistics of tour operations, including train and elevator functionality.
5. Coordinate visit schedules and handle administrative tasks such as billing and payment processing.
6. Participate in wine tastings and provide insightful commentary on the products.
7. Assist in boutique sales and visitor engagement activities.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand and company developments to enhance visitor experiences.

1. Bachelor's degree in Tourism or equivalent, or a certified Tour Guide diploma.
2. 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Fluency in French, English, and Dutch.

1. Strong customer service orientation.
2. Ability to manage and guide groups of up to 35 visitors.
3. Proficiency in office and IT tools.
4. Knowledge of history, art history, and oenology.
5. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
6. Ability to apply established procedures and coordinate a team occasionally.

2 to 3 years in a similar position, ideally within the luxury tourism or hospitality sector.

Bachelor's degree in Tourism or equivalent, or a certified Tour Guide diploma.
