- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in French, English, and Dutch.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage and guide groups of up to 35 visitors.
- Proficiency in office and IT tools.
- Knowledge of history, art history, and oenology.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to apply established procedures and coordinate a team occasionally.
2 to 3 years in a similar position, ideally within the luxury tourism or hospitality sector.
Bachelor's degree in Tourism or equivalent, or a certified Tour Guide diploma.
