1. Serve as an ambassador of Maison Mercier, conveying the brand's values, heritage, and creativity.
2. Advise local and international clientele on champagne selections during tastings.
3. Lead and animate tastings, promoting and serving wines while sharing the Maison's stories.
4. Maintain the sommelier station, including glass management, service accessory upkeep, and cleanliness of service areas.
5. Ensure visitor satisfaction by identifying their desires and providing memorable experiences.
6. Assist clients in the boutique and facilitate product sales.
7. Manage inventory, stock, and the organization of tasting areas.
8. Participate in linen management and event representation.
9. Stay informed on industry trends and news.
10. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations, and report any safety concerns.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

2. Ability to adapt to diverse clients and situations.
3. Strong commercial acumen with a focus on upselling and cross-selling.
4. In-depth knowledge of champagne and continuous learning in the sector.
5. Proficiency in digital tools and communication platforms.
6. Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
