1. Serve as an ambassador for Maison Mercier, conveying the brand's values, heritage, and creativity to visitors.
2. Provide expert advice to local and international clientele on Champagne selections during tastings.
3. Conduct and animate tastings, promoting and serving wines while sharing the Maison's stories.
4. Maintain the sommelier station, ensuring cleanliness and organization of service areas and accessories.
5. Ensure visitor satisfaction by identifying desires and offering memorable experiences in collaboration with colleagues and the Visit Center Manager.
6. Assist clients in the boutique, promoting and selling products.
7. Manage inventory, stock, and organization of tasting and 'By the Glass' areas.
8. Stay informed on industry trends and participate in internal and external events.
9. Adhere to food safety and alcohol consumption regulations, reporting any safety concerns to management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

2. Ability to adapt to changing environments and diverse clientele.
3. Strong commercial acumen with a focus on upselling and cross-selling.
4. In-depth knowledge of Champagne and continuous learning in the sector.
5. Proficiency in digital tools and communication platforms.
6. Fluency in English, with proficiency in a third language being advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sommelier or related role is required.
