- Assist the Press House Manager and Deputy in overseeing Hygiene, Quality, Safety, and Environmental (HQSE) compliance at the pressing center.
- Monitor and update the Hygiene Plan as necessary, conducting field audits.
- Track performance dashboards and contribute to quality deviation investigations, ensuring product traceability and conducting necessary investigations.
- Execute specific missions related to trials and projects.
- Ensure adherence to HQSE regulations at the center.
- Alert the center manager of any confirmed deviations in HQSE matters and provide regular field reporting.
- Higher education in agronomy, oenology, laboratory science, agro-food, or quality management.
