1. Serve as an ambassador of the brand, conveying its values, heritage, and creativity to visitors.
2. Advise local and international clientele on champagne selections during 'By the Glass' tastings.
3. Animate and manage the tasting area, promoting and serving wines while sharing the Maison's stories.
4. Take initiative to exceed objectives and collaborate with colleagues on collective challenges.
5. Ensure client satisfaction by identifying desires and offering memorable experiences in cooperation with the Head Sommelier.
6. Provide solutions and information to ensure client expectations are met.
7. Assist clients in the boutique and facilitate product sales.
8. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
9. Manage cash operations, including opening, closing, and transactions.
10. Oversee stock management, inventory, and organization of the 'By the Glass' area.
11. Ensure compliance with alcohol consumption regulations.

1. 2 to 3 years of experience in fine dining, preferably Michelin-starred establishments.
2. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
