1. Provide expert guidance to local and international clientele on the full range of Moët & Chandon champagnes.
2. Ensure an exceptional and memorable customer experience in collaboration with colleagues and the sommelier manager.
3. Act as a brand ambassador, conveying the values, heritage, ambitions, and creativity of Moët & Chandon.
4. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat visits.
5. Participate in wine inventories, stock organization, and ensure the upkeep of offices and salons.
6. Ensure compliance with HACCP standards.
7. Proactively find solutions and information to prevent client uncertainty.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

1. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to adapt to diverse clients and situations.
3. Strong commercial acumen with a focus on upselling and cross-selling.
4. In-depth knowledge of champagne and the luxury wine sector.
5. Fluent in English, with proficiency in a third language considered an advantage.
6. Proficient in digital tools and communication methods.
7. Exemplary presentation and communication skills.

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the luxury wine or hospitality sector is required.
