Moët Hennessy Production Engineer Intern

- Participate in continuous improvement and modernization projects on the production site alongside the production manager, including leading workgroups and coordinating action plans with production teams, external companies, and other departments.
- Independently manage a continuous improvement project, defined with a mentor, focusing on areas such as waste reduction, site communication enhancement, or storage conditions in the cellar.
- Assist in maintaining ISO certifications on the production site by tracking audits, managing action plans, and conducting training and standard reminders.
- Final-year student in an engineering school with a specialization in industrial management (e.g., Arts et Métiers, Mines).
- Previous experience in an industrial environment, particularly in change management or continuous improvement, is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to integrate and rally others around ideas.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong analytical, synthesis, and creative abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, PDCA, 5W, 6M, 5S).
