1. Participate in continuous improvement and modernization projects on the production site alongside the production manager, including leading workgroups and coordinating action plans with production teams, external companies, and other departments.
2. Independently manage a continuous improvement project, defined with a mentor, focusing on areas such as waste reduction, site communication enhancement, or storage conditions in the cellar.
3. Assist in maintaining ISO certifications on the production site by tracking audits, managing action plans, and conducting training and standard reminders.

1. Final-year student in an engineering school with a specialization in industrial management (e.g., Arts et Métiers, Mines).
2. Previous experience in an industrial environment, particularly in change management or continuous improvement, is advantageous.

1. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to integrate and rally others around ideas.
2. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong analytical, synthesis, and creative abilities.
3. Proficiency in project management and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, PDCA, 5W, 6M, 5S).
