- Execute a range of maintenance interventions across various technical domains including electricity, automation, mechanics, robotics, industrial computing, and vision systems to minimize operational downtime.
- Operate autonomously on all site equipment and enter maintenance management system data for parts movement or quotation requests.
- Resolve technical issues swiftly and efficiently, prioritizing safety, quality, and productivity.
- Adhere to safety and quality obligations during interventions, ensuring compliance with machine conformity and food safety standards.
- Propose sustainable solutions for technical problems and diagnose inter-machine communication and industrial computing issues for first-level troubleshooting.
- Engage with vision equipment, including liaising with external providers, while maintaining predefined quality standards.
- Participate in supplier interventions, including contact initiation, quotation requests, intervention monitoring, and audits under supervisory guidance.
- Communicate intervention details to production and maintenance management teams.
- Coordinate intervention priorities with production and maintenance management.
- Assist in production line format changes within the Process.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the preventive maintenance plan in collaboration with hierarchy and central maintenance.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance interventions and confirm them in the maintenance management system.
- Suggest adaptations to the preventive maintenance plan based on observations.
- Engage in sector improvement initiatives, attending information and exchange meetings, and proposing and implementing improvement actions.
- Lead improvement or reliability projects on the line, including supplier interactions under supervisory guidance.
- Participate in trials and validation of new materials and equipment.
- Contribute to the training of machine operators on technical aspects of the Process and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
- Extensive technical knowledge in maintenance, automation, mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics/hydraulics.
- Familiarity with production processes and materials used.
- Proficiency in IT tools, maintenance management systems, and production management tools.
