1. Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of guest and client areas across various sites.
2. Maintain and manage the inventory of linens and amenities, ensuring timely replenishment.
3. Perform evening service, including tidying guest rooms and bathrooms, organizing guest belongings, and preparing in-room gifts.
4. Coordinate with laundry services for the cleaning and return of linens.
5. Iron dining room tablecloths, guest towels, and evening wear, as well as uniforms for kitchen and floor staff.
6. Prepare morning and evening service carts, ensuring all necessary items are stocked.
7. Conduct physical inventories of various stock items and place orders for cleaning products.
8. Ensure compliance with the plastic-free certification guarantee.
9. Perform minor sewing tasks and ensure the proper functioning of clocks.
10. Assist with clearing breakfast, lunch, and dinner settings as needed.
11. Provide on-the-job training for temporary staff.
12. Respond to technical intervention requests using the designated software.
13. Participate in guest reception, including luggage handling and room setup.

1. CAP in Hotel Services or BEP in Restaurant and Hospitality Trades with a focus on service production or equivalent.

1. Knowledge of hygiene and room presentation standards.
2. Strong observational skills.
3. Proficiency in housekeeping techniques.
4. Ability to adhere to sorting rules.
5. Basic English communication skills for guest interaction.

At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry is required.

CAP in Hotel Services or equivalent.
