1. Assist operational departments in tracking costs and budget construction, providing insightful analysis.
2. Monitor actual costs against budget forecasts using SAP and Power BI.
3. Organize cost review meetings with operational teams as a key point of contact.
4. Track workforce metrics and analyze hours by activity.
5. Develop and maintain monthly dashboards incorporating key performance indicators.
6. Ensure the coherence of cost structures to enhance the reliability of financial closures.
7. Support the preparation of budgets, revised forecasts, and medium-term plans.
8. Prepare supporting documents such as PowerPoint presentations and Excel summaries.
9. Engage in ad hoc projects related to cross-functional initiatives in upstream operations.

1. Enrollment in a Business or Engineering School, or University with a focus on Management Control or Finance.
