Moët Hennessy CRM Assistant Intern

- Contribute to the development of the annual CRM communication calendar.
- Create newsletter content, including visuals and text, in close collaboration with internal teams and ensure delivery to key markets.
- Manage newsletter campaigns from inception to execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including construction, testing, targeting, and scheduling.
- Assist in defining and implementing new consumer journeys such as welcome, birthday, and retention programs.
- Participate in key product launches and develop associated CRM plans.
- Consolidate CRM communication plans from various markets and validate market-developed newsletters.
- Collaborate with local teams to support CRM action plan implementation, focusing on both engagement and acquisition.
- Respond to ad hoc market requests, such as creating data collection forms.
- Monitor CRM campaign performance, consolidate market performance data, analyze KPIs, and propose optimizations.
- Conduct A/B tests to enhance future campaign KPIs.
- Perform periodic benchmarks on CRM best practices and innovations.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Autonomous and proactive with the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, particularly CRM.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
Ideally, candidates should have at least 6 months of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CRM.
Master's degree in progress (Business School or equivalent).
