1. Contribute to the optimization of water and energy consumption in cellar processes, aligning with the company's CSR initiatives.
2. Continue the 2024 project on monitoring water consumption in cellars by activity.
3. Develop water and energy consumption maps for cellars across two sites: Epernay and Mont Aigu.
4. Implement a dashboard for tracking water consumption indicators in wine transfer, centrifugation, and filtration processes.
5. Establish control tools and execute optimization actions for consumption.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Oenology, or related fields.
2. Knowledge in oenology and process engineering.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Attention to detail and responsiveness.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
