- Lead, mentor and grow a high‑performing global brand marketing team, cultivating a collaborative, innovation‑driven culture.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in brand marketing with responsibility for digitally led, globally scaled campaigns.
- Proven experience leading global brand teams and managing cross‑functional stakeholders within complex, matrixed organisations.
- Demonstrated success deploying integrated campaigns across digital, social, experiential and owned media that drive both cultural relevance and business outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience using data, measurement frameworks and reporting rhythms to inform media and creative investment decisions.
