1. Lead, coach and motivate the store team to deliver an elevated, client‑focused luxury retail experience
2. Recruit, hire and retain top retail talent while driving ongoing team development and performance management
3. Deliver operational excellence across store processes including merchandising, inventory control and visual standards
4. Develop and execute the store business plan to drive incremental sales, margin and KPI attainment

7. Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available tools and technology to convert and fulfil customer demand

1. Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Store Manager at a specialty or luxury retailer
2. Proven leadership capability with strong skills in performance management, coaching and team development
3. Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire and retain high‑calibre retail talent
4. Client‑centric mindset with a passion for styling and delivering exceptional customer service
5. Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker who is adaptable, solutions‑oriented and results driven
