1. Maintain selling floor and stockroom organisation, ensuring merchandise is neat, accessible and restocked to visual standards.
2. Execute shipping, receiving and stock-handling protocols accurately and in accordance with company policy.
3. Perform replenishment, inventory processing and stock tasks with speed, accuracy and attention to loss-prevention procedures.
4. Sustain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards throughout the day.
5. Support the sales team by prioritizing customer experience and responding promptly to business needs.
6. Drive omnichannel fulfilment and sales by utilising available tools and retail technology to process click-and-collect, returns and inventory checks.

1. Minimum of 1 year relevant retail or stockroom experience.
2. Energetic, proactive and results-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
3. Customer-service focused with a commitment to upholding brand standards.
4. Technologically literate and organised; comfortable using retail platforms and fulfilment tools.
5. Flexible team player able to support selling-floor activities as required.
