1. Maintain a neat, organised and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom in accordance with brand visual and operational standards
2. Execute all shipping, receiving and stock replenishment protocols accurately and efficiently
3. Support the sales team by prioritising customer experience while performing back-of-house and floor-facing tasks
4. Perform stockroom tasks with speed and attention to detail to meet business needs during peak periods
5. Uphold store cleanliness and visual standards throughout the trading day
6. Contribute to omnichannel fulfilment by using available in-store tools and processes to drive online and in-store sales

1. Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail or stockroom experience
2. Demonstrable customer-service orientation with the ability to prioritise guest needs
3. Energetic, motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
4. Organised and technologically comfortable with retail systems and handheld devices
5. Flexible availability, including weekends and peak shopping periods
