1. Maintain the selling floor and stockroom in a neat, organised and fully stocked condition.
2. Execute shipping, receiving and inventory control protocols accurately and in accordance with company policy.
3. Perform stock replenishment, ticketing and merchandising tasks quickly while preserving visual standards.
4. Support the sales team with operational needs and prioritise a seamless customer experience.
5. Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available retail tools and technology (e.g., buy-online-pickup-in-store, inventory lookup).
6. Uphold store cleanliness and appearance throughout the business day.

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience.
2. Customer-service focused with a demonstrated ability to support front-of-house operations.
3. Energetic, motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
4. Technologically literate and organised; comfortable using retail systems and handheld devices.
