1. Maintain a neat, organised and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom, ensuring inventory is merchandised to brand visual standards.
2. Execute shipping and receiving protocols accurately, including processing incoming deliveries and preparing outbound shipments.
3. Perform stockroom tasks with speed and attention to detail, including replenishment, tagging and inventory counts.
4. Support the selling team by prioritising customer experience while fulfilling operational needs and floor requests.
5. Drive omnichannel sales by utilising available digital tools and systems to fulfil client orders and support buy-online/pick-up-in-store activity.
6. Ensure store cleanliness and visual standards are upheld throughout the business day.

1. Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail experience.
2. Customer-service focused with a commitment to delivering a premium guest experience.
3. Energetic, motivated and results-driven with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
4. Organised and technologically comfortable with retail systems and omnichannel processes.
