1. Receive, unload and process incoming shipments according to company shipping and receiving protocols.
2. Maintain stockroom and selling floor organisation, ensuring merchandise is readily available and presented to visual merchandising standards.
3. Support the selling team with timely replenishment, item searches and customer-facing needs to prioritise the guest experience.
4. Execute daily housekeeping and visual standards to maintain a clean, safe and on-brand retail environment.
5. Contribute to omnichannel fulfilment by utilising available tools and technology to drive online and in-store sales.

1. 1+ year of relevant retail stockroom or inventory experience.
2. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and visual standards.
3. Ability to receive and process shipments quickly, including safe lifting and handling of merchandise.
4. Customer-service orientation and the ability to support sales associates during peak periods.
5. Comfortable using retail technology and omnichannel tools to fulfil store operations.
