1. Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom
2. Execute shipping and receiving protocols, including accurate processing of deliveries
3. Perform stock tasks promptly and with attention to quality and safety
4. Sustain cleanliness and visual standards throughout the trading day
5. Support the selling team by prioritizing customer experience and operational needs
6. Drive omnichannel sales by using available retail tools and technology to fulfil orders and support store KPIs

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience
2. Energetic, motivated and results-oriented with the ability to multitask
3. Customer-service focused with a professional retail demeanour
4. Organized and technologically literate, able to work with POS/omnichannel systems

At least 1 year of hands-on retail experience, preferably in luxury or branded apparel/accessories environments.

High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising vocational training is a plus.
