1. Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor and back stockroom.
2. Assist with receiving, unpacking, tagging and processing inbound merchandise; complete shipping/receiving paperwork per store protocol.
3. Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and full-store inventories.
4. Operate Point-of-Sale systems and execute all relevant register functions accurately and in compliance with policy.
5. Adhere to scheduled shifts, time and attendance policies, and store procedures.
6. Participate in training, development seminars and store meetings as directed by management.
7. Deliver high standards of customer service; assist in building and maintaining repeat clientele and resolving client issues.

1. Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
2. Reliable attendance and punctuality; ability to follow direction and store procedures.
3. Basic numeracy and the ability to execute register and POS functions accurately.
4. Ability to handle physical tasks associated with stockroom work, including lifting and moving merchandise.
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Previous experience in retail stockroom, inventory control or merchandising preferred; prior customer-facing retail experience is advantageous.
