1. Supervise and coach store sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining luxury client service standards.
2. Lead daily store operations, including key opening and closing responsibilities and operational reporting.
3. Drive sales through clienteling, styling guidance, and proactive relationship-building with high-value customers.
4. Support upper management in executing strategic sales initiatives and promotional activity.
5. Foster team development through mentoring, performance feedback and on-the-floor training.
6. Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards; assist with inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience with demonstrated results.
2. Proven supervisory or team-lead experience in a retail environment.
3. Demonstrable clienteling and customer-service aptitude, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak retail periods as required.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate a sales team in a fast-paced store environment.
