1. Supervise daily store operations, including key opening and closing procedures and adherence to operational standards.
2. Coach, mentor and develop sales staff to meet individual and store sales targets while maintaining superior client service.
3. Drive sales through active floor leadership, strategic selling and promotion of product knowledge and styling techniques.
4. Foster lasting client relationships through clienteling and personalised customer engagement.
5. Support upper management in executing commercial initiatives, merchandising directives and visual standards.

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience; prior supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
2. Proven ability to mentor and develop sales associates and to lead by example on the sales floor.
3. Demonstrated clienteling skills with a track record of building repeat clientele and delivering luxury service.
4. Flexible availability, including capability to perform opening/closing duties and work a variable schedule.
5. Energetic, brand‑centric demeanor with strong interpersonal and multitasking capabilities.
