Michael Kors Sales Supervisor (Part-Time)

- Drive personal and store sales performance to meet established targets through elevated levels of selling and service.
- Coach, develop and mentor sales associates to refine selling techniques and expand client relationships.
- Deliver exceptional client service, resolving customer issues and ensuring post-sale follow-through (shipping, alterations, special requests).
- Support store operations including cash controls, loss prevention, inventory management, shipping/receiving and participation in inventories.
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards: ensure the selling floor is organized, stocked and aligned with brand directives.
- Assist in team scheduling, adherence to image and grooming standards, and follow-up on training initiatives.
- When assigned, perform offsite product transportation responsibilities in accordance with company protocols.
- Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience.
- Prior supervisory or lead experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coach sales teams and drive results against targets.
- Professional appearance and strong client-facing communication skills.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred when offsite driving duties are required.
