Michael Kors Sales Supervisor

1. Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets while upholding luxury service standards.
2. Support store leadership in executing strategic initiatives to drive sales performance and client acquisition.
3. Perform and oversee key opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks to ensure store readiness and compliance.
4. Coach advisors on styling techniques, clienteling practices and personalised selling to deepen customer relationships.
5. Delegate responsibilities and empower team members to maintain exemplary customer service through effective mentoring and multi-tasking.

1. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
2. Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of coaching or supervising retail teams.
3. Proven aptitude for clienteling and building long-term customer relationships.
4. Energetic, brand-focused demeanour and strong interest in luxury fashion.
5. Comfortable with retail technology and adaptable to a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
