Michael Kors Sales Supervisor

1. Support store leadership in driving sales performance and achieving individual and store KPIs through coaching and hands-on supervision.
2. Perform and oversee key opening and closing procedures and ensure operational standards are maintained.
3. Coach and mentor sales associates in styling techniques, clienteling and customer engagement to cultivate lasting client relationships.
4. Exercise daily leadership on the sales floor, multi-task across operational duties and maintain high standards of service.
5. Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and responsibilities to respond to peak trading periods and business needs.

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience.
2. Proven ability to mentor and develop team members and to act as a brand ambassador.
3. Strong clienteling capabilities with a track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
4. Energetic, motivated and customer-focused with a commercial mindset.
5. Comfortable using retail technology and adopting new tools; adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities or demonstrated leadership in a sales environment. Experience in luxury or premium apparel/accessories and clienteling is strongly preferred.
