1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
2. Proven ability to mentor and develop retail staff with a focus on achieving sales targets.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated passion for fashion and brand representation.
4. Comfortable with multi-tasking and operational responsibilities (opening/closing, visual standards).
