1. Achieve personal and store sales targets through elevated clienteling and consultative selling.
2. Coach, develop and motivate sales associates to improve selling technique and client retention.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service, manage complex client requests and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Oversee store operations including cash controls, register functions, inventory management, shipping/receiving and participation in inventories.
5. Implement and maintain visual merchandising directives to ensure the selling floor reflects brand standards.
6. Support loss prevention and physical security procedures and collaborate with the store manager on risk management.
7. Maintain professional brand image and grooming standards across the team and ensure adherence to schedules and timekeeping.

1. Minimum 2 years of specialty or luxury retail experience.
2. Proven experience in a supervisory or team-lead capacity within a retail environment.
3. Demonstrable sales aptitude with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
4. Strong coaching, communication and clienteling skills; ability to cultivate repeat clientele.
5. Operational knowledge of cash handling, register functions, inventory control and basic shipping/receiving procedures.
6. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to support store needs and peak trading periods.
