Michael Kors Sales Supervisor

- Drive personal and store sales to meet or exceed targets through elevated selling and service techniques.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to enhance product knowledge, selling skills and clienteling practices.
- Build and maintain repeat clientele by managing a personal client book and supporting staff in client book development.
- Ensure exemplary customer service by resolving client issues, managing returns and special requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Support store operations including inventory control, risk management, physical security, cash controls and participation in inventories.
- Execute register and transaction procedures; train staff on register usage and management functions.
- Oversee merchandising and visual directives to maintain a neat, stocked and brand-consistent selling floor.
- Coordinate shipping/receiving processes and associated paperwork; identify and communicate inventory needs.
- Uphold brand image and grooming standards and support follow-up on training programmes and seminars.
- Proven retail supervisory or lead experience in a luxury, premium or specialty retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and to coach a team to improve commercial performance.
- Strong clienteling and customer service skills with a keen knowledge of product and market trends.
- Experience with cash handling, register management and basic inventory/control procedures.
- Professional presentation and adherence to brand image standards; flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred if role requires offsite deliveries.

Preferred minimum of 1–3 years of retail sales experience with prior supervisory or lead responsibilities, ideally within luxury or premium fashion retail.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in business, fashion merchandising or a related field preferred.
