1. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive client engagement.
2. Deliver elevated levels of sales and service, demonstrating in‑depth product knowledge across the collection.
3. Cultivate and maintain repeat clientele using clienteling tools and a personal client book; follow up on special requests.
4. Execute post‑sale processes including shipping, alterations coordination and any customer special requests to ensure satisfaction.
5. Operate Point‑of‑Sale systems and perform all register functions accurately while complying with cash-handling and POS procedures.
6. Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor; assist with stockroom organization and inventory counts.
7. Support receiving, shipping and related paperwork; participate in inventories and adhere to company operational policies.
8. Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and professionally; escalate to management when necessary.
9. Adhere to assigned work schedule, time and attendance policies, and participate in training and development programs.

1. Eligible to work in the United States.
2. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
3. Demonstrable customer service and interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused manner.
4. Ability to operate POS/register systems and handle cash accurately.
5. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays typical of retail schedules.
