1. Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to build loyalty and drive repeat business.

4. Perform point-of-sale transactions, cash handling and basic daily reconciliation accurately.
5. Manage stockroom inventory, receive and process deliveries, and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
6. Develop product knowledge to advise clients on features, craftsmanship and styling.
7. Support store operations including fitting room management, loss prevention and opening/closing procedures.
8. Contribute to clienteling activities, including follow-up communications and appointment management.

2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
3. Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays.

5. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
