1. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling and clientelling.
2. Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to build and maintain repeat clientele; maintain and utilize a client book.
3. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across the collection and advise clients on styling and care.
4. Manage the end-to-end sales process, including closing transactions, coordinating shipping and tracking alterations or special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Maintain selling floor standards: merchandising, stock replenishment and general presentation.
6. Support stockroom operations: receiving, shipping, inventory control and participation in store inventories.
7. Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately and comply with all register and cash-handling procedures.
8. Adhere to store schedules, time and attendance policies, and participate in required training and store meetings.

1. Minimum two years of retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
2. Proven ability to develop and retain client relationships and meet sales targets.
3. Excellent verbal communication and problem-resolution skills.
4. Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
5. Ability to follow company policies, POS procedures and stockroom protocols.
