1. Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
2. Deliver exemplary, high-touch customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships through active clienteling and a maintained client book.
3. Demonstrate deep product knowledge and advise clients on merchandise, trends and styling.
4. Manage post-sale activity including shipping, alterations and special client requests to ensure satisfaction and retention.
5. Maintain a polished selling floor: merchandising, replenishment and adherence to visual standards.
6. Support stockroom operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving procedures and related paperwork.
7. Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately and comply with all POS and cash-handling policies.
8. Participate in inventories, training sessions and development meetings as directed by store management.
9. Adhere to store schedule and attendance expectations.

1. Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
2. Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused demeanour.
4. Reliable attendance and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
5. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
