1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience.

4. Obsessive focus on customer service with a genuine passion for styling and fashion.
5. Technologically comfortable with retail systems and an entrepreneurial approach to selling.

At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience with a track record of meeting sales objectives; experience supporting omnichannel sales is advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal higher education not required.
