1. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and consultative client engagement.
2. Deliver elevated levels of sales and service by demonstrating deep product knowledge and personalizing the client experience.
3. Develop and maintain lasting client relationships; actively build and manage a client book and follow up on leads and special requests.
4. Complete post-sale tasks including shipping coordination, arranging alterations and ensuring accurate order fulfilment to guarantee customer satisfaction.
5. Operate all Point-of-Sale/register functions accurately and comply with company sales, cash handling and returns policies.
6. Maintain visual standards on the selling floor: ensure merchandise is stocked, organized and presented according to brand guidelines.
7. Support inventory operations including receiving, stockroom management, shipping/receiving paperwork and participation in regular inventories.
8. Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to protect brand reputation and encourage repeat business.
9. Adhere to scheduled hours, time & attendance policies, and participate in required training, meetings and development programmes as directed by store management.

1. Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
2. Proven ability to meet sales targets and cultivate repeat clientele.
3. Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to resolve client issues tactfully and efficiently.
4. Availability to work a retail schedule, including weekends and peak shopping periods.
5. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

5. Merchandise presentation and visual standards

Minimum two years of hands-on retail experience; experience within luxury or premium fashion retail is strongly preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
