1. Deliver an engaging, high-touch in-store experience by proactively greeting customers, building rapport and advising on styling and product selection.
2. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and manage cash handling and receipts.
3. Support daily store operations including inventory tasks, maintaining visual merchandising and ensuring the sales floor meets brand standards.
4. Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging in-store technology and available digital tools to convert and fulfil customer requests.
5. Prioritise and multitask to meet individual and store productivity targets while supporting teammates on the sales floor.

1. Demonstrated customer-service orientation with the ability to sell and style with enthusiasm.
2. Energetic, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet targets.
3. Technologically literate with familiarity or willingness to learn POS and omnichannel retail tools.
4. Flexible availability to work a part-time schedule including weekends and peak retail periods.
