1. Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive client outreach.
2. Deliver elevated customer service: build and maintain a repeat clientele using the client book and follow through on special requests, alterations and shipping.
3. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and maintain awareness of fashion and market trends to drive sales.
4. Operate Point-of-Sale systems and execute all register functions in compliance with company procedures.
5. Maintain selling floor and stockroom standards: merchandising, replenishment, inventory control and participation in inventories.
6. Support shipping and receiving protocols, complete related paperwork, and assist with stockroom organization.
7. Resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and uphold brand standards.
8. Adhere to scheduled shifts, time and attendance policies, and participate in store training and development programs.

1. Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch customer service.
3. Strong clienteling skills with experience maintaining a client book or CRM-driven follow-up.
4. Ability to operate Point-of-Sale systems and perform cash handling/register duties accurately.
5. Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
