1. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative, elevated client service.
2. Develop and maintain lasting client relationships and a personal client book; execute clienteling efforts to drive repeat business.
3. Demonstrate comprehensive product and trend knowledge to provide tailored styling and merchandising recommendations.
4. Manage all aspects of the post-sale experience, including shipping, alterations coordination and handling customer special requests.
5. Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately; complete register functions and comply with POS policies and procedures.
6. Maintain a tidy, well-stocked selling floor and stockroom; assist with inventory counts and stock management.
7. Support shipping and receiving processes and associated paperwork in accordance with store protocols.
8. Adhere to scheduled hours, time-and-attendance policies, and participate in all required training and development sessions.

1. Minimum 2 years of retail experience; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail preferred.
2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exemplary customer service.
3. Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and client relationship skills.
4. Ability to operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and execute register transactions accurately.
5. Organisational aptitude for inventory control, stockroom procedures, and shipping/receiving documentation.
6. Flexibility to work varied retail hours including weekends and holidays.
