1. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through high-touch clienteling and consultative selling.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service; build and maintain a repeat clientele using the client book and follow-up on special requests.
3. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay current on fashion trends to maximize selling opportunities.
4. Execute post-sale follow-through including shipping, alterations coordination and resolution of client issues to ensure satisfaction.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep selling floor and stockroom organized, replenished and presentation-ready.
6. Support stockroom operations: receiving, stocking, inventory counts and proper handling of shipping/receiving paperwork.
7. Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately; perform register functions and comply with all cash-handling and POS procedures.
8. Adhere to scheduled hours, attendance policies and participate in training, meetings and development programs as directed by store management.

1. Minimum two years of retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
2. Proven track record of meeting sales objectives and building client relationships.
3. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-focused approach.
4. Reliable, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple operational tasks (inventory, POS, shipping) concurrently.
5. Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.

Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience; luxury or outlet retail experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and sustain client relationships.

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in fashion, retail or business is a plus.
