1. Maintain selling floor and stockroom in a neat, organized and replenished condition.
2. Execute shipping and receiving protocols and adhere to inventory control policies.
3. Perform stockroom tasks with speed and attention to accuracy and quality.
4. Sustain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards throughout the day.
5. Support the selling team by prioritizing client experience and assisting with business needs.
6. Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and retail technologies.

1. Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail sales experience.
2. Energetic, motivated and results-oriented with a commercial mindset.
3. Strong customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Organized and technologically comfortable with retail systems and tools.
5. Flexible and able to perform both floor sales and stockroom duties.

At least one year of retail sales experience; experience within luxury or premium fashion retail is preferred and will be considered an asset.
