1. Exceptional interpersonal and client-service skills with a polished luxury presentation
2. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holiday periods
3. Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy
4. Previous retail or customer-facing experience, preferably within premium or luxury brands
5. Authorization to work in the United States

1. Product knowledge (apparel and accessories)

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, with a strong advantage for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium fashion environments and who can demonstrate consistent achievement of sales or service KPIs.

High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related coursework or certifications are a plus.
