1. Deliver an engaging in-store experience through proactive client engagement and personalized styling
2. Process transactions accurately using the store POS and ensure a seamless checkout experience
3. Support omnichannel sales initiatives by leveraging available tools and technology to drive online-to-store conversions
4. Maintain visual and housekeeping standards throughout the day to uphold brand presentation
5. Balance operational tasks across receiving, replenishment, merchandising and sales floor duties
6. Achieve individual and store productivity goals through effective prioritization and multitasking

2. Self-starter mentality with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
