Michael Kors Sales Assistant

1. Deliver warm, attentive customer service: greet customers, assess needs, answer questions and escalate to sales associates when appropriate.
2. Process Point-of-Sale transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash-handling procedures and POS policies.
3. Maintain an orderly, visually compelling sales floor: unpack, hang or fold merchandise, replenish stock and secure security tags as required.
4. Support visual merchandising and floor moves to ensure assortment integrity and brand presentation standards.
5. Perform stock checks and assist sales associates with inventory enquiries and customer requests.
6. Manage fitting-room operations and collaborate with sales and stock teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
7. Adhere to store operational policies including time & attendance, returns/go-backs processing and loss-prevention procedures.

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred; luxury retail experience is an advantage.
3. Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
4. Strong verbal communication skills and a client-focused demeanour.
5. Reliable, team-oriented professional with attention to detail and the ability to stand for prolonged periods.
