Michael Kors Sales Assistant

- Support the sales team by replenishing merchandise, maintaining stock levels, and performing inventory checks to ensure product availability.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and adhere to POS procedures and sales policies.
- Deliver warm, professional customer service: greet customers, respond promptly to inquiries, and determine client needs to direct them to selling associates.
- Assist with merchandising tasks including unpacking, hanging/folding merchandise, tagging and executing floor moves to maintain visual standards.
- Maintain store operations: keep sales floor, fitting rooms and cash wrap neat and organized, process go-backs, and support a seamless fitting-room experience.
- Collaborate with stock and sales colleagues to resolve client issues and support a fast, efficient customer journey.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts, time and attendance requirements, and loss-prevention/security procedures.
- Demonstrable customer-service orientation with polished interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour.
- Familiarity with retail operations including POS transaction processing, basic merchandising and inventory handling.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible, part-time schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary store team and under the direction of sales associates and management.
