Michael Kors Retail Sales Supervisor

1. Supervise and coach store sales team to meet individual and store sales targets through a strategic, multifaceted approach.
2. Perform and oversee key opening and closing duties, cash handling and other daily operational tasks.

4. Foster team performance via mentoring, on-the-floor coaching and modelling elevated customer service standards.
5. Demonstrate flexibility to support fluctuating store needs and assume multi-tasking responsibilities during peak periods.

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience with demonstrated sales results.
2. Proven ability to supervise, mentor and motivate a frontline retail team.
3. Strong clienteling skills and a customer-centric approach to selling and styling.
4. Comfortable performing opening/closing and routine operational tasks.
5. Technologically literate with the ability to use POS systems and retail tools; entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude.
6. Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and peak shopping periods.
