Michael Kors Retail Cashier

1. Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, card and returns according to company procedures
2. Greet customers warmly, respond to inquiries, and deliver the highest level of service on every interaction
3. Support sales associates by determining customer needs and directing clients to appropriate personnel or services
4. Assist with merchandise floor moves, unpacking, hanging/folding product and applying security tags as required
5. Adhere to point-of-sale, inventory and loss-prevention policies, and maintain punctuality for scheduled shifts

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
2. Previous retail or cashier experience, preferably in a luxury or premium retail environment
3. Demonstrable cash-handling accuracy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first orientation
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Preferably at least 1 year of retail or cashier experience; experience in luxury or premium-brand retail is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
