1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience
2. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
3. Highly self-motivated, energetic and comfortable engaging high-net-worth clientele
4. Customer-service obsessed with strong styling and product advisory skills
5. Technologically fluent with an appetite for using retail platforms and mobile selling tools
6. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or diploma in fashion, merchandising, retail or business preferred.
