1. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
2. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Energetic, motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong brand ambassador presence.
4. Flexible availability to work a part‑time schedule including nights, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
5. Technologically literate with a willingness to adopt omnichannel retail tools.
