1. Maintain a neat, organized and fully replenished selling floor and stockroom throughout the day.
2. Execute shipping and receiving protocols, including accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
3. Perform stockroom tasks — receiving, tagging, hanging, folding and replenishment — with speed and attention to quality.
4. Support the selling team by prioritizing customer experience and responding to business needs on the sales floor.
5. Uphold store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards to brand specifications.
6. Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available tools and technologies to fulfill orders and assist customers.

1. Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail experience; luxury or premium apparel experience preferred.
2. Energetic, results-oriented and customer-service focused.
3. Technologically literate with the ability to use omnichannel retail tools and follow shipping/receiving systems.
4. Flexible availability, able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
5. Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including moving merchandise and standing for extended periods.
