Michael Kors Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A

1. Act as primary finance business partner to Corporate Executive leadership, providing timely analysis and decision support.
2. Lead development and maintenance of the operating budget, long-range plan and quarterly forecasts in partnership with executive teams.
3. Manage monthly and quarterly reforecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities and advising stakeholders on variance drivers.
4. Coordinate the month-end close process including preparation of journal entries and ensuring expense recognition aligns with contract and invoice terms.
5. Produce management reporting and trend analysis; prepare executive and Board presentation packages.
6. Serve as liaison between Corporate Executives and the VP of FP&A, communicating strategic updates and financial implications.
7. Collaborate with regional finance teams to consolidate global reporting and analysis on corporate costs.
8. Support earnings release preparation, including script review and ad hoc financial analysis.
9. Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen quality and efficiency of financial analysis and reporting.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
2. 1–3 years of experience within a finance or FP&A function.
3. Advanced proficiency with Excel; meticulous attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
4. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
5. Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects to strict deadlines and operate as a self-starter.
